Token Burn

Token Burn Strategy - Enhancing Stability and Predictability for $MODUS

Strategic Token Burn

The second, and proportionally bigger, use of the $USDC received by the Modus Treasury from project listing fees will be used to programmatically buy back $MODUS tokens from the market and burn them.

$USDC from the Modus Treasury will be sent to an address that programmatically buys $MODUS tokens and burn them over an extended period of time; consequently, providing predictable buying patterns and preventing large market fluctuations through large buy orders. Tokens are considered β€œburned” when they have been purposely and permanently removed from circulation by transfer to an inaccessible publicly verifiable β€œburn address”.
