# Welcome to Modus

## Intro

Modus provides access to **international SuperPrime property developments**, offering carefully selected opportunities designed to deliver premium returns. Each project undergoes institutional-level appraisal, ensuring quality, transparency, and investor confidence.

**Investments are made directly in USDC, with historic targeted returns of 15–20% per annum, distributed at the end of each term.**

**The process is simple:**

1. Connect your Web3 wallet
2. Complete KYC verification
3. Select an opportunity and invest in USDC
4. Collect your return at the end of the term
